Customer Service Technician for Woodworking Machinery

We are seeking an experienced technician to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of woodworking machinery and equipment.
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone and email.
  • Visiting customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Training customers on the use of machinery.
  • Maintaining and repairing machinery.
